Our Founder

Abdulaziz is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned investor with deep expertise across both private and public financial markets. He holds a BSc in Business and Financial Management, a Master’s in Wealth Management from Queen Mary University of London, and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from Manchester Metropolitan University.
He co-founded a consulting firm alongside a team of investment bankers with over 60 years of combined experience, specializing in deal sourcing, capital raising, financial structuring, and strategic negotiations across asset classes including real estate, venture capital, and private equity.


With over five years of hands-on investment experience in public markets and financial derivatives, Abdulaziz also possesses a strong technical foundation and a sharp understanding of early-stage investments. His global network spans incubators, accelerators, and venture studios across key innovation hubs.


While completing his postgraduate studies, Abdulaziz began developing Prospera — a bold vision to make structured alternative investments accessible to all. Today, he is fully focused on leading Prospera’s mission to reshape global finance through secure, compliant, and inclusive blockchain infrastructure.
